Work Where It Matters
Teaching at Hopeday is not a job for people looking for an easy ride. It is a calling for people who lie awake thinking about that one student who hasn't quite got it yet — and who come in the next day with a new plan.
In return, we offer something rare: a school leadership that values its teachers, invests in their development, and creates conditions where great teaching is actually possible. If you have never worked somewhere that felt worthy of your best effort — this might be it.
What We Offer Our Staff
- Competitive salary benchmarked against the top quartile of private schools in Ogun State
- 200+ hours of professional development per year — funded, structured, and taken seriously
- Small class sizes that let you actually teach, not just manage
- A senior leadership team that listens, supports, and gets out of your way
- A school community that is genuinely proud of what it does
