When I started Hopeday Schools, parents in Likosi were travelling long distances to find schools worthy of their children. I believed — and still believe — that distance should never be the reason a child misses a great education.
So we built something close to home that refuses to be small in ambition. We built classrooms where teachers know every child's name, every child's strength, and every child's stumbling block. We built a school where "average" is never the ceiling.
